\tThis is a management role within the regional (geographical) SanlamConnect structure reporting to the Regional General Manager.
\n\tThe role has a strong tactical focus with some strategic contribution. \u00a0
\n\tThis role forms part of and contributes to the Regional Exco. \u00a0
\n\tThe role is primarily responsible to drive sales and grow market share in the region through intermediary teams managed by Sales Consultants, Sales Managers and Development Managers.
\n\tYou will be responsible for the sales performance of advisers situated on the KZN South Coast, eThekwini and North Coast.<\/p>\n

\tServe on Regional MANCO and contribute to Regional Sales Strategy\u00a0
\n\tTranslate regional strategy into tactical and operational sales goals and plans
\n\tDrive and support marketing and business building initiatives
\n\tSet and drive sales and manpower targets
\n\tManage expenses and budgets
\n\tManage operational effectiveness especially managing business risks and retention of business
\n\tManage compliance and oversee advice process and new business approvals
\n\tManage and develop staff\u00a0<\/p>\n

Qualification & experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t8- 10 Years Financial Services experience in a Legal\/Marketing\/Sales\/Product Specialist environment in a Retail Affluent Segment \u2013 essential\u00a0
\n\tSales and Operational Management\/Leadership of a unit or focus group\/Product Specialist\u00a0
\n\tLegal\/Actuarial\/Commercial\/Financial or Business-related Diploma\/Degree\u00a0
\n\tWealth Management \/RFP3 or equivalent (i.e.: 120 credits)
\n\tRE5
\n\tPost Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning \/CFP \u2013 Preferable\u00a0<\/p>\n
