Key Performance Output<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be reporting to Senior Payroll Officer, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of allocated transactions in HR administration support services.
\n\tRecord and Maintain HR data on the HRIS in a timely and accurate manner.
\n\tCo-ordination of all HR support services.
\n\tServe as a single point of contact for HR requests and queries.
\n\tPropose methods and interventions for improving customer service.
\n\tVerification of input captured, ensure compliance in line with the approved processes and systems and relevant legislation and policies
\n\tObtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
\n\tFile documents per procedure.
\n\tProvision of timely and accurate reports in accordance with business and management requirements.
\n\tAdhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
\n\tReport non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
\n\tBuild,\u00a0support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
\n\tCertificate in Human Resource Management\/Payroll is recommended.
\n\t1-2 years operational Data capturing in payroll environment essential.
\n\tSouth African Borad of People Practices (recommended)
\n\tMicrosoft Office at advanced level.
\n\tCode B; Motor vehicle licence is essential.<\/p>\n
