Your role\/ Areas of Responsibility<\/p>\n
\tYou will perform maintenance of OIS and TPS Software Products to ensure systems are systematically always updated and operate properly to full customer satisfaction.
\n\tYou will instruct and support customers in systems maintenance and in basic operation of OIS and TPS Software Products, to ensure customers\/users are self-sufficient in operation their equipment.
\n\tYou will install OIS and TPS Software Products for Varian Medical Systems equipment, according to company procedures and customer\u2019s technical and systems environment, to ensure that all Varian Products function properly.
\n\tYou will maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according to Varian Medical Systems guideline in order to perform activities under the safest working conditions.<\/p>\n
Your expertise:<\/p>\n
\tYou hold a successfully completed degree in computer engineering, information technology, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
\n\tYou have practical knowledge in computer architecture and networking. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating system is required. Understanding of computer network and computer virtualization are helpful for configuration and support of the systems.
\n\tYou have minimum 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in field service, medical field service (preferable)
\n\tMust be a South African National
\n\tMust have a valid passport.
\n\tMust have a valid South African driver\u2019s license.
\n\tYou possess a customer centric and service mindset.
\n\tYou are articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication.
\n\tYou are willing to travel extensively.
\n\tThe role will require to be on standby and work on weekends & public holiday due to business requirement.<\/p>\n
