Depot manager portfolio:<\/p>\n
\tEffectively and efficiently manage the Depot to ensure the desired level of support and delivery of fuel to customers against SLA objectives and targets.
\n\tEnsuring all safety procedures are followed.
\n\tFull management of all staff, customers, suppliers including requested reports to management
\n\tManage offloading of diesel at selected customers and the Germiston depot.
\n\tManage and control all stock and inventory, including office purchases.
\n\tEnsure all data capturing is done accurately on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
\n\tResponding to all internal and external communications on all company platforms.
\n\tProvide clear and accurate reports for management.
\n\tEnsure that the opening and closing of shifts are done as per WOA standard operating procedures.
\n\tEnsure that you are available on a 24-hour standby basis.<\/p>\n
Sales portfolio:<\/p>\n
\tBuild commercial customer base for all petroleum and lubricant products.
\n\tWill be responsible for new business whilst servicing the existing client base.
\n\tCandidate must be target driven, with the ability to work unsupervised.
\n\tCandidates will be visiting Petroleum Installations and have a sound knowledge of all SHERQ SOP.
\n\tAttending tender briefing when requested.
\n\tManage key account customers and provide client services.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tMust have 6-10 years Fueling Depot management experience.
\n\tStrong Marketing Research and Sales Expertise Required
\n\tExperience in the Petroleum Industry essential
\n\tBCom Marketing or a similar qualification will be advantageous.
\n\tCandidate must display strong skills in MS Office packages.
\n\tCandidates must possess strong communication skills.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license with no endorsements
\n\tClear criminal checks<\/p>\n

\tMust have 6-10 years Fueling Depot management experience.

\n\tSalary: R12,000-R15,000.00 (negotiable with experience)
\n\tCommission structure: To be discussed at the interview stage.
\n\tBenefits: Pension Fund Employer contribution
\n\tYear 1: (5% employee contribution and 5 %employer contribution)
\n\tYear 2: (5% employee contribution and 10 % employer contribution)
\n\tCompany van with Fuel ( For the first six months the vehicle will be used only for work ) Thereafter and once evaluation has been completed; the employee will be granted permission to take the vehicle home.
