\n\tProper Filling and record keeping of open and active purchase orders.\u00a0
\n\tPlay a role during audit period by supplying auditors with SCM documents requests.\u00a0
\n\tCreations and maintenance of an SCM manual and electronic filing system.\u00a0
\n\tControl and performs tasks\/activities with the application of specific supply chain management procedures associated with the procuring of products and\/or specific services.\u00a0
\n\tCommunicating and interacting with officials from user-departments in respect of specific requirements and priorities.\u00a0
\n\tAttends to procedural administrative requirements, records keeping and reporting deadlines associated with the functionality.\u00a0
