Key Purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tThis Learnership leads to a nationally recognised NC: Short Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification which consists of structured learning components combined with practical\/workplace experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to<\/p>\n
Short Term Insurance:<\/p>\n
\tLearners will be given exposure to the Short-Term Insurance business \u2013 client servicing, claims and retentions.<\/p>\n

Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 is essential.
\n\tMaths (Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%)
\n\tEnglish (Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%)
\n\tMaths Literacy (Minimum Level 5 – 60%)
\n\t2nd language (Minimum Level 4 \u2013 50%)<\/p>\n
Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNot be engaged in post Matric studies or formal employment;
\n\tNot have completed any previous Learnership;
\n\tBe between the ages of 18 and 25 years;
\n\tHave effective communication skills in the written & verbal English language;
\n\tPossess basic computer skills mainly MS Excel & MS Outlook
\n\tUnemployed
