\tTo identify and provide key inputs on Reporting, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Business planning, Development of Operational Plans and Monitoring of Performance against plans.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Bachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Economics, Business, Public Administration or Project Management with 5 – 7 years experience in planning, strategic planning, research or analytics of which 2 – 3 years at a technically skilled level<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) with 10 years experience in planning, strategic planning, research or analytics, of which 2 – 3 years at a technically skilled level<\/p>\n
Job Outputs:<\/p>\n
Process<\/p>\n
\tConduct research to investigate areas of concern in order to resolve problems and identify new solutions.
\n\tDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, SARS role players and third parties to achieve predefined objectives.
\n\tEvaluate operational capacity planning and risk management planning and make recommendations for changes in order to achieve strategic objectives.
\n\tAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities. (I)
\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks. (I)
\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of specialisation. (I)
\n\tCorrectly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs. (I)
\n\tDraw on own knowledge and experience to diagnose symptoms, causes and possible effects in order to solve emerging problems. (I)
\n\tInitiate process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change. (I)
