Closing:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and present pricing and contract terms that align with company policies and client requirements.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate contract terms to achieve a win-win outcome.<br \/>\n\tClose sales deals and ensure the timely signing of agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Market Research and Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\tStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.<br \/>\n\tGather and analyse market data to identify new business opportunities and strategies.<br \/>\n\tProvide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Reporting and Documentation:<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales results.<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular sales forecasts and performance programs to enhance skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\t3 years\u2019 experience in a sales or business development role.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel if required.<br \/>\n\tExperience in the payments and retail industry (advantageous).<\/p>\n<p>Competencies \/ Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in using CRM and sales tools.<br \/>\n\tBasic understanding of sales techniques and principles.<br \/>\n\tAbility to perform market research and identify potential leads.<br \/>\n\tComfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br
