MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent;
\n\tComputer Literacy: MS Office;
\n\t2-5 years\u2019 relevant experience.<\/p>\n
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMakes self-understood to others, pointing out specific issues or considerations to be taken into account;
\n\tEnsures all details of a task are accomplished;
\n\tGives options for client \/ stakeholders actions from a range of actions available;
\n\tFollows through on option selected by client \/ stakeholder within confines of laid down procedure;
\n\tPlans tasks on a daily basis according to assessment of schedule of activities;
\n\tExecutes tasks in order of priority and urgency;
\n\tIntermediary knowledge of MS Office;
\n\tAdapts communication contents to the audience and uses terminology appropriate to the audience;
\n\tProfessional in interaction with general public andstakeholders;
\n\tUnderstands the client\u2019s issues and seeks information about their current and future requirements;
\n\tShows emotional resilience and handles difficult situations effectively;
\n\tCandidates must have some knowledge of working on an cash register.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tPerforms tasks\/ activities associated with receiving and receipting payments.
\n\tProviding information and explanation on charges;
\n\tReconciling of daily total collections against receipts; and preparing schedules for verification prior to forwarding cash and cheques for depositing.
\n\tAll candidates must have previous cashing experience;
\n\tCandidates must be able to work on weekends and public holidays<\/p>\n
