\tGrade 12 plus a secretarial qualification or training
\n\tAt least one year\u2019s relevant experience<\/p>\n
Computer literacy<\/p>\n
\tMust undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost<\/p>\n

Primary Fuctions :<\/p>\n
\tPerform secretarial, clerical and other administrative tasks in support of the director
\n\tRespond to telephonic and electronic enquiries and forward such to the appropriate person
\n\tGreet and receive clients and visitors
\n\tFile and process mail
\n\tScreen requests for meetings or appointments and help to organise meetings
\n\tExecute diverse official secretarial duties<\/p>\n
