PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:<\/p>\n
\tOversee the receiving, storage and distribution of products.
\n\tEnsure that goods are stored and moved in a safe and secure manner.
\n\tEnforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
\n\tMonitor and maintain the warehouse equipment.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for process improvement.
\n\tEnsure all items are barcoded correctly.
\n\tEnsure cycle counts and investigations are done daily.
\n\tAction task lists distributed by the Stock and Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
\n\tReceiving international and local stock
\n\tBox & stock counts, GRN creation
\n\tPacking allocation
\n\tRoute planning & delivery
\n\tAd-hoc logistics collections & deliveries
\n\tWarehouse Admin
\n\tHelping with Customer requests
\n\tSignage, housekeeping, safety
\n\tGeneral admin support
\n\tEnsure all company vehicles are serviced when required.
\n\tMonitor inventory levels and stock replenishment needs, alerting the Stock and Warehouse Manager of low stock levels, overstock situations, or potential stockouts to facilitate timely ordering and replenishment.
\n\tTasks are subject but not limited to the above.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tDriver\u2019s license
\n\tData capturing
\n\tGeneral Administration experience
\n\tAccuracy and attention to detail are imperative
\n\tHighly organised and good planning skills
\n\tDiligent, hardworking and prepared to go the extra mile
\n\tAble to work under pressure<\/p>\n
