\tRequired to work flexi hours, shifts, and attend to breakdown call outs as per operational requirement
\n\tUnderstand the interaction between the stores and customers
\n\tRealizes the importance of good customer service to the production unit and behave accordingly
\n\tReceives documents, investigates and responds to customer queries
\n\tAdhere to performance standards
\n\tEnsures effective and accurate issuing of material from stock, including picking, packing and notifications to customers
\n\tApplies correct procedures for issuing of emergency and after hours orders
\n\tUndertake good housekeeping practices
\n\tMinimize stock losses through proper materials handling
\n\tAdhere to operating procedures to achieve efficiency under the guidance of the Supervisor
\n\tThese would include scheduling, receiving, storage, issuing, and materials handling processes
\n\tVerifies quality, condition and correctness of all material received and dispatched
\n\tPerform monthly cycle, mid-year and year end stock counts to ensure that system records and stock on hand are congruent at all times
\n\tEnsures accurate data input into the X3 system
\n\tSafe keeping of quality and quantity of material
\n\tCheck received purchased material
\n\tIssuing of material only if proper administrative standards is followed
\n\tOperating of appointed machinery and equipment
\n\tMaintain high level of stock integrity
\n\tMaintain high level of housekeeping and bin allocations
\n\tMaintain high level of security<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12\/ NQF Level 4
\n\tMaterials Management Certificate, or equivalent advantageous<\/p>\n

\tAt least 6 months experience within a materials management environment
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license code 8\u00a0
\n\tFully trained and experienced across all aspects of supply management, inbound, warehouse and outbound functions<\/p>\n
