You will consistently drive excellence and have an excellent eye for detail.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>The Digital Account Director will be responsible\u202ffor:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tManagement of digital campaigns and internal and external stakeholder communication on a day-to-day basis.<br \/>\n\tManagement of client expectations and service delivery by being a focal point for day-to-day interaction.<br \/>\n\tProject management of digital and performance marketing campaigns<br \/>\n\tEnsure the timely delivery of required assets.<br \/>\n\tOversee the financial components of projects, ensuring that we are delivering within scope and flagging any areas of scope creep.<\/p>\n<p>Specific Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Teamwork<\/p>\n<p>\tInvolvement in strategy development and implementation for the growth of the agency\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSource of leadership to Project Managers within the team\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentify and motivate new ways of working, both creatively and operationally\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBecome a role model for direct reports and more junior staff\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport team development<br \/>\n\tConduct appraisals for direct reports<br \/>\n\tContribute to and participates in personal development activities for direct reports (i.e. via coaching, workshop development etc.)<br \/>\n\tActively look to maintain and build positive working relationships\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage up \u2013 ensure your seniors are abreast of all activity on the account and empower them to support you through open lines of communication\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Client services\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tParticipate in client meetings, managing meeting protocols, agenda, etc.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure status is consistently up-to-date and correct\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all meetings have thorough agendas, driving a productive outcome\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that contact reports are delivered timeously with key deliverables and then drive out those deliverables to the agreed timings\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPlan and participate in client (PMI) review meetings with team\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDevelop a consulting \/ advisory capability with client wherever possible\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave direct contact with the client (MEA based Publicis Agency) on a daily basis and foster a solid relationship\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBe consistently responsive and accessible to your client (MEA based Publicis Agency) and team at all times\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave tough and honest conversations with your client (MEA based Publicis Agency) to enable your team to deliver excellence and to create trust\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave an excellent relationship with clients (MEA based Publicis Agency) where they can rely on you, you proactively update them, and you assist them in delivering their requirements on time by reminding them as required\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave the ability to manage all kinds of personalities and always strive to get the best out of each individual\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave an excellent knowledge understanding of the client (PMI), the agency, the strategy and the process in order to deliver efficiently and to the highest quality\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Account Management, Project Management and Strategic Thinking and Planning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tProduce timing plans for all jobs and campaigns in order to drive delivery\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKnow the status of each job in the system at all times\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWork together with your full team across Creative (studio), Production, Development, etc. to deliver high quality work\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage tight deadlines while adhering to processes\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSeamlessly manage multiple stakeholders across multiple clients under the guidance of your business lead\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTake full ownership of every job that comes through you \u2013 ensure that every job is measured against client requirements and on-brand\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWrite excellent briefs with full clarity on all requirements and inspire creative, productionand development to do a great work\u00a0<br \/>\n\tConsider the impact of any given change briefed by client on other elements in a campaign or other jobs in the system \u2013 this might be a timing impact or it might require more work on other elements \/ jobs\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommunicate with excellence, maturity and intent when writing or speaking\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave excellent self-management, with thorough to-do lists and personal organization which supports your ability to be efficient and effective in your job\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHave an opinion and be solution-orientated\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperienced using digital work flow tools (e.g. Chase, WorkFront<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with senior to finalise programme and budgets for client\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssume accountability for financial aspects of cost management on client programmes; actively seek new, smarter ways of doing things\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBe seen as an ambassador for the company\u00a0<br \/>\n\tJoin in the agency culture to build strong relationships across the business\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Excellence in Digital Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the right people have approved all work before it is sent to client\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUnderstand digital best practice, platforms and specs<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the right people have been included in client meetings to support the outcome of the meeting and that everyone is prepared and aligned\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of what is happening in the market (broad communication trends and client competitor work) in order to add additional value to your client\u2019s business\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBe prepared to work long hours as and when is necessary in order to deliver according to the deadline and to support the broader team\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tEducated to a Degree level\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMarketing qualification essential\u00a0<br \/>\n\t2-5 years\u2019 experience in Account\/Project Management in Communication (and with experience in digital)<br \/>\n\tManaging the expectations of multiple stakeholders seamlessly to deliver according to brief, strategy and to the highest standard\u00a0<br \/>\n\tYou must have experience running jobs, projects and campaigns from start to finish with little senior support\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience driving out the production of high-quality work is critical \u00a0<br \/>\n\tDigital and Production experience is a necessity<br \/>\n\tExperience on Chase is essential\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience on Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud is a bonus<br \/>\n\tFinancial &amp;
