\tWe are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager who will be responsible for all sales activities for ITB Plastics, from lead generation through to deal closure within our target markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentify target customers and explore new market opportunities, initiate engagement and secure new business.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer service and responsiveness to client needs.
\n\tSupport the Sales Director in contract negotiations.
\n\tProvide commercial insight and market awareness to the management team.
\n\tAchieve annual sales targets.
\n\tPrepare monthly sales reports, including activity summaries, closed deals, and follow-up actions aligned with objectives.
\n\tCollaborate with R&D and Operations to identify emerging trends, innovative packaging formats, and sustainable material solutions.
\n\tLead, motivate, and collaborate with a dedicated sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.<\/p>\n
Educational Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/ Degree with Commerce focus<\/p>\n
Experience Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProven work experience as a National Sales Manager
\n\tExperience within the FMCG environment
\n\tExperience managing a high-performance team.
\n\tExperience within the packaging sector
\n\tExperience in the flexible packaging industry will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a dedicated sales team
\n\tProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
\n\tSkilled in understanding and analysing sales performance metrics
\n\tExcellent negotiation skills combined with a strong customer service mindset
\n\tAnalytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach<\/p>\n
