Application Management and Administration:<\/p>\n
\tProviding efficient support to internal teams and clients and addressing inquiries promptly.
\n\tManaging and processing incoming client orders and flighted applications across platforms.
\n\tRecommending alternative programming options to optimize revenue (upselling).
\n\tEnsuring accuracy and compliance in processing client orders.
\n\tIssuing and verifying client contracts and order confirmations for billing.
\n\tDocumenting application changes and reissue confirmations as necessary.
\n\tLoading flighting codes and coordinating timely material delivery to the Transfers department.
\n\tMonitoring schedules to ensure correct material placement and flighting.
\n\tGenerating availability reports and flighted promotion certificates upon request.
\n\tAdhering to internal and external policies to prevent overbooking<\/p>\n
Data Management and Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tGathering, validating, and accurately capturing data.
\n\tMaintaining organized filing systems in line with departmental procedures.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tPulling daily, weekly, monthly report as per clients request and tracking purposes.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Relationships:<\/p>\n
\tBuilding and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.
\n\tProviding necessary support to the sales team.
\n\tProviding necessary support to the relevant support team Supervisors.
\n\tOverseeing all necessary Broadcast Traffic System functionality, testing and reporting in conjunction with IT.<\/p>\n

\tNational Senior Certificate – Essential
\n\tDiploma in Media Studies \/ Similar – Essential<\/p>\n
Technolgy Proficiency:<\/p>\n
\tMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Intermediate<\/p>\n
