Role Summary<\/p>\n
\tTo trouble shoot IT \/ Infrastructure problems, manage users, hardware, servers and clients. Software management and support services. \u00a0Network and Security support.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for second-level support, software installation, customer training and preventative maintenance in a large enterprise Windows network
\n\tImprovement of the Service quality and realization of\u00a0\u00a0 internal processes.
\n\tSupporting global infrastructure rollouts and other IT projects.
\n\tInstallation and configuration of clients via DSM (Computer support)
\n\tIT Assets Management \/ Procurement Management (Ivanti)
\n\tMonitor and maintenance of local network infrastructure
\n\tMonitor and maintenance of printer infrastructure
\n\tIdentifying and logging potential IT problems.\u00a0 Prioritizing work in line with the appropriate service targets
\n\tDocumenting methods and techniques to improve overall team performance<\/p>\n
Interfaces\/Internal Customers\/ Suppliers<\/p>\n
This position works closely with other team members in resolving customer issues and requests<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification
\n\tKnowledge of project- and service management
\n\tGood knowledge and experience of remote access software and remote software installations, Networks, Telephony, printing, together with good knowledge and experience of IT hardware support, cloud-based technologies and experience of Service Management tools
\n\tKnowledge of Local Area Networking (LAN) and Wide Area Networking (WAN) technologies will be advantageous.\u00a0<\/p>\n
