ROLE SUMMARY:<\/p>\n
\tAs the PA, you will serve as a key support to the Head of School and Senior Executive Team. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, initiative, and a genuine commitment to efficiency and excellence.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tProvide high-level administrative and diary management support to the Executive Head.
\n\tPrepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and confidential documents with precision.
\n\tServe as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal\/external stakeholders.
\n\tCoordinate meetings, school events and travel arrangements.
\n\tAssist in communication management including emails, reports and internal memos.
\n\tEnsure smooth day-to-day operations through proactive planning and problem-solving.<\/p>\n
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3\u20135 years of proven experience in a PA, EA, or senior administrative role.
\n\tOutstanding organisational and time management skills.
\n\tExceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
\n\tProfessional demeanour with integrity and confidentiality at the core.
\n\tTech-savvy: proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
\n\tPrior experience in the education sector (advantageous but not essential).
\n\tA team player who can multitask under pressure and remain calm in a dynamic school environment.
\n\tGrade 12
\n\tPA certificate or Office Administration certificate.<\/p>\n
