Etc.)<br \/>\n\tCash-ups at the end of the shift<br \/>\n\tCompletes shift reports and update slots daily dashboard reports and consolidate for month end report<\/p>\n<p>Slots Standards &amp; Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelops and updates Slots monitoring standards<br \/>\n\tCommunicates standards to all relevant parties<br \/>\n\tMonitor slot practices and align with new legislative compliance<br \/>\n\tImplement sufficient control measures (including systems and processes) &amp; checks to mitigate any risk to the business<br \/>\n\tConduct regular checks and departmental walkabouts to monitor compliance standards<br \/>\n\tWork with internal stakeholders (gaming management, finance, HR, and security) to identify risk areas and address these<br \/>\n\tCoach and upskill staff to understand and execute practices in line with regulations<br \/>\n\tConduct internal control self assessments to audit compliance to standards<br \/>\n\tAnalyse surveillance feedback reports to monitor compliance and put in place remedial action to ensure compliance (GB and internal compliance)<\/p>\n<p>People Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tManage staff conditions of employment, e.g. attendance, absenteeism, leave, adherence to policies and procedures\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage productivities and payroll costs for the department\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentification of employee training needs\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerform on the job training and coaching to close developmental gaps and build succession for a talent pipeline within the department\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage employee relations within the department\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStaff communication and motivation\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerformance contracting, reviews and development\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvides resources and removes obstacles to performance\u00a0<br \/>\n\tRecruit and resource for talent for positions within the department\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOn-boarding of new staff members\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Financial Control<\/p>\n<p>\tManages complementary spend<br \/>\n\tAuthorizes spend in line with budget<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsures that guests are treated with courtesy and respect at all times<br \/>\n\tStaff training on promotions (including promotion information, functions, facilities, etc.)<br \/>\n\tShift hand over ensures that staff can provide customer with relevant insight<br \/>\n\tManages customer database<br \/>\n\tComplete monthly guest loyalty reports<br \/>\n\tManages Guests Reservations\/bookings are attended to manages the accuracy of sign up data captured, cards issued and loyalty benefits<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLiaise with F&amp;B on food and beverage offering and services on the casino floor\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaise and update hotels and management on VIP arrivals and spend\u00a0<br \/>\n\tInform and update staff on objectives, shift information, VIP information, changes in regulations and the business requirements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with marketing in coordinating and managing the execution of gaming promotions on the floor; including providing of post-mortem feedback\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommunicates department\u2019s objectives, standards and operating procedures to internal and external service providers as per SLA<\/p>\n<p>Work conditions and special requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tAbility to work shifts that meet operational requirements\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPhysically able to move operating equipment<br \/>\n\tVisual acuity and ability to identify colors<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or equivalent national qualification in gaming operations at a level 4<br \/>\n\t3-year Degree in Business Management is preferred<br \/>\n\tGaming Management Development programme is preferred<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tAt least 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the gaming industry environment.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\tPlanning<br \/>\n\tMotivating others \/ gaining co-operation<br \/>\n\tDecision-making<br \/>\n\tTraining; coaching; keeping abreast of new developments in field<br \/>\n\tAnalyzing \/ Diagnosing performance of the outlet \/ product performance Investigating skills<br \/>\n\tReviewing &#8211; Assessing feasibility; assessing compliance; efficiencies<br \/>\n\tProblem-Solving<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.suninternational.com\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Sun International","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.suninternational.com\/","_company_tagline":"The Sun International brand has a proud legacy in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment sector.
