Education and Experience required:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Relevant tertiary qualification in food and beverage services or culinary arts is compulsory.
\n\tMinimum 3 Years of experience of progressive\/kitchen management is compulsory.
\n\tExperience working within budget guidelines to deliver results is compulsory.
\n\tHigh Volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable.
\n\tHospital experience advantage.
\n\tStrong knowledge of HSE is advantageous.
\n\tSpecial diets knowledge is compulsory.
\n\tMust have healthcare experience.<\/p>\n
Key areas of responsibility:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with managing daily operations of the assigned unit.
\n\tAssist with implementation of the production process.
\n\tAssist with managing food\/labour costs.
\n\tOverall understanding of HACCP.
\n\tTo develop and plan menus.
\n\tKitchen brigade management.
\n\tAssist in the management of the strategic and day to day operations of the operation.<\/p>\n
