\n\tOversee P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation for the global product line.
\n\tLead a global matrix team to foster collaboration across Sales areas and functions
\n\tMentor talent, drive performance management, and build succession pipelines.<\/p>\n
Product & Innovation<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle.
\n\tWork closely with R&D to prioritize investments aligned with customer needs.
\n\tChampion innovation in materials science, digital solutions and sustainability.<\/p>\n
Commercial Excellence<\/p>\n
\tDrive with Sales to develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and key account plans.
\n\tEnable technical teams to support complex customer solutions<\/p>\n
Operational & Quality Governance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure manufacturing standards (quality, cost, delivery) are met with Operations teams.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in product design, sourcing, and supply chain resilience.
\n\tMitigate risks (raw material volatility, geopolitical disruptions).<\/p>\n
Leadership Experience Required<\/p>\n
\t10\u201315+ years in industrial\/consumables sectors (mining, cement, heavy equipment). Experience in mill lining \/ milling consumables is a must
\n\tProven global leadership: Managed teams across \u22653 regions; navigated matrix structures.
\n\tP&L ownership: Experience managing portfolios >xxM revenue.
\n\tTechnical background: Engineering or materials science exposure (e.g., metallurgy, tribology).
\n\tProduct management: Launched and scaled consumable products globally.
\n\tBusiness Development \/ M&A : Successful implementation of business development activities including inorganic growth<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n
\tMandatory: Bachelor\u2019s in Engineering (Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical) or Business.
