\n\tRelevant qualification
\n\tMust be computer literate (MS Office)
\n\t3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tStrong in functions and coordination<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOversee overall management, planning, and control of the functions and banqueting operation
\n\tMaintaining 5-star standards set by both the company and the client within agreed budgetary limits.
\n\tManage all client events, quoting on function requirements and function bookings.
\n\tManage and report functions reservations.
\n\tSufficient monitoring of operations during service times.
\n\tAssist in control of production costs.
\n\tTo liaise or ensure correspondence with clients both verbally and electronically
\n\tAssist the Management team as required.
\n\tBuild and maintain customer and client relationships.
\n\tSupervise & maintain quality and service at all times to the highest level.
\n\tEnsure that all control measures are in place for all revenue\/cash handling\/stock control and invoicing all clients after functions.
\n\tDebtors control and follow up on payments.
\n\tEnsure all Feedem policies and procedures are complied with.
\n\tAssist in Special Projects.
\n\tTaking stock of food items when requested to do so
\n\tEnsuring the smooth management of the banqueting
\n\tRequired to work overtime when requested
\n\tEnsure operations are in accordance with Feedem standard<\/p>\n
