KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
End-to-End Invoice Processing<\/p>\n
\tMaintain shared mailbox and action invoices promptly.
\n\tSend invoices for coding and approval in line with company policy.
\n\tValidate coding accuracy and provide guidance to approvers.
\n\tEnter invoices into Oracle (manual entry, OCR tool, or spreadsheet upload).<\/p>\n
Expense and Payment Management<\/p>\n
\tAudit expense claims and approve for payment.
\n\tPrepare weekly PPRs and collaborate with the GL team.
\n\tUpload PPRs to banking platform and coordinate for approval.<\/p>\n
Operational and Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tAssist with managing direct debit schedules.
\n\tHandle Pro Lease invoice uploads and payment file returns.
\n\tLiaise with the Occupancy team on payment processing for occupancy-related vendors.
\n\tRespond to supplier and internal queries efficiently.
\n\tPerform supplier reconciliations monthly, identifying and resolving variances.<\/p>\n
To be successful in this role you will have:<\/p>\n
\tAccounting diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree.
\n\t1-3 years in accounts payable or similar finance roles.
\n\tIntermediate Excel skills
\n\tStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.\u00a0<\/p>\n
