This includes developing and implementing reward and benefits programs whilst ensuring maximum benefits realization for the organisation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources Policies and Procedures<\/p>\n<p>\tReview, develop and manage effective HR policies and procedures pertaining to payroll, remuneration and benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources Systems and Processes<\/p>\n<p>\tReview, develop and manage effective HR systems and processes pertaining to payroll, remuneration and benefits.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment of the HR systems with prevailing policies.<\/p>\n<p>Payroll Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the payroll administration of the SACAA to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure integrity of payroll system.<br \/>\n\tMaintain an HR information system to inform data intelligence services needed to facilitate decision making.<br \/>\n\tDevelop metrics for analysing data for purposes of producing statistical reports.<br \/>\n\tConduct monthly data quality assurance on payroll system such as recording leave captured in the system, updating organisational structure information etc and audits against Corporate HR reports.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that an accurate statistical database of employees is maintained and available at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Remuneration and Benefits<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop, implement and manage legal compliance, remuneration and benefits processes, systems, procedures and practices of the SACAA.<br \/>\n\tAccountable for policy and benefit management and related education across the organisation.<br \/>\n\tUndertaking benchmarking exercises and assignments in remuneration and benefits management practices, job evaluation and salary reviews.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and evolve the organisation\u2019s pay scale and structure.<br \/>\n\tConduct benchmarks of Pay Scales in the market when necessary and make recommendations to the Executive HR.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the organisation\u2019s pay scale complies with relevant laws and regulations.<br \/>\n\tOversee the distribution of pay to employees.<br \/>\n\tEnsure employees are paid in line with the SACAA policies.<\/p>\n<p>Client Liaison<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide the SACAA management and staff with the necessary assistance and advice regarding HR matters.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with external clients.<\/p>\n<p>People Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure the appointment and retention of competent direct reports.<br \/>\n\tManage key performance areas of subordinates to ensure achievement of individual and Divisional objectives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the appointment and retention of competent reporting staff and the management of their key performance areas to achieve divisional objectives.<br \/>\n\tMentor, coach and develop staff.<br \/>\n\tMotivate staff to achieve individual, Divisional and organisational goals.<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources Records Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee Human Resources records management.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with HR Operations to ensure employee and payroll data integrity.<\/p>\n<p>Management of Reports<\/p>\n<p>\tCompiles monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc reports.<br \/>\n\tPartner with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a departmental budget and keep operations within that budget.<br \/>\n\tOversee reports produced by compensation and payroll support team.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nEducation<\/p>\n<p>Minimum<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant Bachelor\u2019s degree (HR or Finance or related field) or equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Ideal<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant NQF level 8 equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum<\/p>\n<p>\t7 years\u2019 payroll and employee benefits exposure plus<br \/>\n\t5 years\u2019 management experience<\/p>\n<p>Ideal<\/p>\n<p>\t7 years\u2019 management experience in employee benefits<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of payroll systems<br \/>\n\tRemuneration and
