Key roles and responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tUse needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed learning and development programs
\n\tInteract with functional department to develop specifications for content of courses
\n\tPrepare and implement lesson plans including the method, media and documentation to be presented
\n\tInstructs participants in classroom or virtual lectures
\n\tConduct follow up to determine applicability of course
\n\tSchedule and coordinate learning and development interventions in line with annual training goals and targets
\n\tCollect data and present management with information reports on learning and development initiatives
\n\tEnsure that all learning and development interventions and\/or initiatives are alignment to company policies and procedures
\n\tResponsible for enhancing the learning and development experience at the company through the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platform
\n\tApply and implement the best learning and development methodologies through the learning and development lifecycle
\n\tKeep abreast of current trends and best practices
\n\tEnsure learning and development material is relevant, accurate and fit for purpose
\n\tProvide tailored coaching support in partnership with business operations to drive and support the achievement of key performance areas
\n\tAssist with the preparation of the training and development plan
\n\tAdminister regular, detailed needs assessments and skills audits to identify skills deficits
\n\tWork with internal stakeholders to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant stakeholders in the company
\n\tImplement effective induction programmes for new employees
\n\tMonitor and review progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
\n\tEnsure that statutory training requirements are met<\/p>\n
Education and training:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in learning and development specialisation
\n\tRelevant certification<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3 \u2013 4 years\u2019 experience in a Learning and Development Practitioner position
\n\tDemonstrated success providing learning and development expertise
\n\tProven experience boosting the company\u2019s morale, growth and efficiency through training
\n\tExperience communicating at all levels
\n\tShould possess knowledge in the following sectors Utilities and broadband, Home Security and Motor insurance\/Car tracker industry.
\n\tShould have experience working with international Clients USA and Australia<\/p>\n
