\tHonours degree in Food Science\u00a0
\n\t5-7 years related experinece\u00a0
\n\tRelevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
\n\tExperience in working with senior management
\n\tPeople management experience
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tComputer literacy (Advanced)
\n\tCode 08 Driver’s license
\n\tTravel off-site\/ overnight stay

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nEstablish and identify new business relations \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure effective business relations are established and a point of interest is initiated
\n\tPrepare post meeting summary and business analysis\/due diligence and establish if further discussions are necessary and present to business project team
\n\tProvide information required for financial analysis and business case from potential partner
\n\tMaintain ongoing relations and communication with unsuccessful potential partners to ensure possible change in interest
\n\tMaintain relationship until completed and successful transition<\/p>\n

\tConduct technical due diligence exercises
\n\tEvaluate potential Co-Packers and\/or joint ventures
\n\tEnsure reliability, right cost and quality
\n\tEnsure legal compliance \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Manage projects in new countries \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDraw up a master plan for the proposed project
\n\tPrepare the estimated cost to apply for required CAPEX in terms of Production and Supply Chain
\n\tNominate members for the project team
\n\tReport regularly on project progress
\n\tSubmit final proposal for approval
\n\tDo tracking to meet with set due dates
\n\tProvide support to ensure successful transition to either Co-Packer management or Clover integration \u00a0<\/p>\n
Investigate the current internal market to establish potential \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Evaluate suitable partners to meet Clover standards \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure acceptable quality, equipment and service levels
\n\tEvaluate the potential for production capacity
\n\tLiaise with internal team members
\n\tDetermine and motivate delivery potential on required products<\/p>\n
Report on assignments \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGive ongoing feedback on progress and barriers
\n\tEnsure progress and provide accurate information to Management \u00a0<\/p>\n

\tEnsure optimal utilisation of staff

\n\tTrain and develop staff
\n\tConduct warehouse meetings and ensure effective communication to all
