Purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tProvide essential administrative and analytical support to the asset management team, ensuring smooth asset control, accurate audit processes, and high levels of customer service.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage asset flows, resolve discrepancies, and improve overall asset productivity and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and efficient coordination<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n
\tGenerate, analyze, and distribute reports from multiple systems (SAP, Salesforce) to support asset management activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
\n\tCoordinate and support asset audit processes, managing stock flows, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with asset control procedures.
\n\tEngage with customers to resolve issues related to asset discrepancies, improve satisfaction, and support efficient asset recovery and productivity initiatives.
\n\tProvide administrative and operational support to Field Service teams, handling queries, conducting audits, and reporting on stock movements and asset control.
\n\tCollaborate with internal departments such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to align asset control processes, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management.
\n\tMaintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates to audit results, collection orders, stock flows, and customer interactions.
\n\tParticipate in projects aimed at improving data quality, asset control processes, and customer engagement, contributing to operational efficiency.
\n\tAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare recommendations to improve customer experience, and support the development of process improvements within the asset management function.<\/p>\n
