\n\tManagement and measurement of Service Quality Initiatives \u2013 monitoring the Service Quality KPIs, investigation and root cause analysis & support operations with correcting actions to ensure high service quality.\u00a0
\n\tSupport OMS FC Implementation: \u00a0Training and Coaching on Work Instructions and SOPs and other Elements aligned to site implementation resources and OMS FC Advisors.
\n\tStart Up project support: Ensure that sites operate to DSC Quality Standards, plus regulatory & customer requirements, aligned with Operations and Project Managers.
\n\tConduct Site Audit process: Using QPA\/Gemba techniques integrated to OMS FC Standards Confirmation if applicable.
\n\tDelivery of Site Training: Online, calls, courses and coaching delivery on critical QRA skills and requirements. Quality related training (Root cause analysis, problem solving, etc.).
\n\tReview of Self-Assessment & CAPA Management: Provide feedback and focussed support to Operations.
\n\tExternal\/Customer audit support & liaison: Selective support for audit preparation & response (directed by Africa OE Lead).
\n\tService Quality Metrics Monitoring trends, Conduct Investigations & develop actions and countermeasures.
\n\tGuide Regulatory & Licensing Activity, including Customer and Trade Compliance: Support and advice for Site Operations in compliance areas.
\n\tEnsure the Quality of the operating process and the certifications required legally, by clients or at the corporate level.
\n\tResponsible for the development, management and maintenance of all elements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
\n\tSupport EMEA Leadership in QRA support.

\n\tIdentify and address skill gaps.
\n\tCommunication & Engagement: \u00a0Communicates site, company, and other pertinent information to team.

\n\tGuide people in the change process from actual operative procedures to the new procedures.

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tRecognized science degree such as Pharmacology, chemistry and\/or biology LSHC qualification e.g. have been an RP or a QP Certified Quality Auditor.
\n\tProject \/ program management certification or relevant experience.
\n\tOperational experience of the Supply Chain, LSHC, Pharmacy or similar process industry (e.g. Manufacturing, activity involving shopfloor labour processes.
\n\tExtensive knowledge of LSHC requirements, current GxP and regulatory requirements applicable in the industry
\n\tAt least 7 – 10 years of management\/supervisory responsibility and professional experience in logistics industry
\n\tExperience in leading non-specialists in technical and regulatory applications.
\n\tCredible with Operations staff in Gemba and Coaching activity.
\n\tExperience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology.
\n\tExperience conducting\/leading successful acquisition of certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO) of a relatively large and complex organization and subsequent management of a quality system.
\n\tExtensive knowledge of LSHC requirements, current GxP and regulatory requirements applicable in the industry and Implementation experience of GMP, GDP, ISO 9001 and 13485 requirements
\n\tFunctional expertise in other areas such as project work, development, change management etc. is preferred, with exposure to working on large, complex projects or operations.
\n\tQuality Role expertise in gaining\/maintaining pharmaceutical and medical device licenses.
\n\tAbility to manage own and outsourced work in an organized and methodical way, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
\n\tDetailed knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing and transportation), especially LSHC and manufacturing operations.
\n\tKnowledge in DHL strategic quality products (e.g. Etq, ICS).
\n\tIn depth understanding of FC processes and LEAN approaches.
\n\tExperience of working in and with multiple operations.
