\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSource and implement relevant tools to ensure the engagement of passive and active candidates for current and future business needs.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDevelop and utilize metrics and reporting to ensure productivity and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentify and manage external vendors and suppliers for candidate sourcing for the organization;
