Job description<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement pricing strategies and tactics that align with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer value propositions.
\n\tAnalyse pricing trends, competitive landscape, and pricing optimisation and revenue growth.
\n\tConduct market research and competitive analysis to assess pricing dynamics, industry trends and customer preferences.
\n\tMonitor competitor pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
\n\tDesign and develop pricing models, tools and frameworks to support pricing decisions, discount structures, and promotional pricing strategies.
\n\tAssess and recommend internal & external partnership remuneration
\n\tDevelop and present monthly product pricing and profitability reports with relevant insights & commentary to the Commercial Committee.

\n\tEstablish relationships with and provide ad hoc support to Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Finance and other functional areas.
\n\tMaintain pricing and commercial records in line with internal document management policies.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing methodologies and guidelines.
\n\tPerforming other ad-hoc duties that may arise within the scope of the position.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tB. Com Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
\n\tPostgraduate qualification in related field will be advantageous.
\n\t5 \u2013 10 years finance, commercial, accounting or pricing related experience.
\n\tCommercial Contracting experience, minimum 2 years
\n\tExperience working in cross-functional team.
\n\tMS Excel – Intermediate Level.
\n\tSQL and MS Power BI (advantageous).
\n\tFinancial Modelling.
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n\tCreative and innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
