Join our growing team as a Specialist GSC Logistics Operations. Your role will be to monitor reports to plan and execute outbound activities. You will perform the administrative tasks involved in shipping, tracking and distributing of shipments and raw materials were required.<\/p>\n
Your key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tRun reports on a regular basis to plan for deliveries
\n\tCreate shipments according to OBD availability and GI dates
\n\tPlan deliveries by liaising with transporters
\n\tPGI all shipments dispatched daily
\n\tManage all transport-related non-conformances
\n\tMaintain shipment costing in the shipments
\n\tShare clearing instructions and shipping documents with forwarders\/clearing agents
\n\tLaisse with external warehouse regarding expected shipments<\/p>\n

You bring:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in Shipping or Logistics activities in the Food Industry
\n\tNational Diploma\/bachelor\u2019s degree in Transport\/Logistics or equivalent
\n\tExperience in Export Shipments (East, West Africa & SADC)
\n\tSAP experience
\n\tAttention to detail, problem-solving mindset, great communication and cross functional collaboration.<\/p>\n
