We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the development and enhancement of our clients product offerings, ensuring they meet market demands, drive revenue, and adhere to the highest standards.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include<\/p>\n
\tProduct Strategy & Development: Develop compelling product offerings based on in-depth market research, segment insights, and a keen understanding of client needs and competitive pricing.
\n\tBusiness Value Creation: Align business offerings with strategic requirements to maximize business value and drive key financial metrics (NIR\/NII).
\n\tCompliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure all products rigorously adhere to compliance, operational risk, and security standards by navigating relevant governance processes.
\n\tInnovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to create cost efficiencies through continuous product and process innovation.
\n\tStakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, engaging and informing them to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
\n\tProblem Solving: Efficiently identify and propose solutions to problems, ensuring smooth product development and implementation.
\n\tClient Satisfaction: Drive the development and implementation of solutions that consistently enhance client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Requirements include<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate
\n\tAdvanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees
\n\tBachelors degree in business, finance, technology or engineering discipline
\n\t5+ years in a product or service development role<\/p>\n
