In this role, you\u2019ll monitor processes, keep stock in check, and make sure everything (and everyone) is where it should be \u2013 on time, every time.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll be doing<\/p>\n
No two days will look the same, but expect to:<\/p>\n
\tRoute & Delivery Support\u00a0\u2013 Review route planning, issue trip sheets, prioritise warehouse loads, and keep delivery schedules moving smoothly.
\n\tReturns & Claims Management\u00a0\u2013 Tackle returns with gusto, resolve claims, oversee stock investigations, and ensure damaged goods are dealt with properly.
\n\tStock Mastery\u00a0\u2013 From spot checks and cycle counts to space allocation and mock recalls, you\u2019ll be the guardian of all things stock-related.
\n\tContract Manufacturing Support\u00a0\u2013 Liaise across teams, process transfers, arrange transport, and keep export dispatches in perfect order.
\n\tGeneral Administration\u00a0\u2013 From reconciliations and reporting to helping with vehicle maintenance arrangements, you\u2019ll keep the paperwork side as tidy as the warehouse floor.
\n\tHealth, Safety & Hygiene\u00a0\u2013 Champion a safe, clean, and compliant environment, because accuracy isn\u2019t just for paperwork.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (NQF Level 4) and a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Warehouse Management (NQF Level 6 or equivalent).
\n\tValid Code B Driver\u2019s License.
\n\tBonus points for a Forklift License (Counter-Balanced Lift Truck).
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 stock control and administration experience, ideally in an FMCG warehouse environment.
\n\tMS Office whizz with strong planning, organising and communication skills.
\n\tAnalytical, accurate and detail driven.
\n\tDeadline-focused and able to work under pressure without breaking a sweat.
\n\tSolid grasp of stock management, warehousing and logistics principles.
\n\tFamiliarity with systems such as TMS, ERP and CHEP platform.
\n\tUnderstanding of basic accounting principles.<\/p>\n
