RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tManaging local and remote branch IT services including but not limited to:
\n\tInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and utilities.
\n\tImplement, maintain, and support server hardware and storage infrastructure.
\n\tImplement, maintain, and support Microsoft Core infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
\n\tImplement, maintain, and support network infrastructure (LAN and WiFi).
\n\t\u00b7Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software.
\n\tMaintain and support VoIP systems.
\n\t\u00b7Provide guidance and training to end-users on the effective use of technology resources and tools.
\n\tLiaising with contractors and vendors to design, implement and maintain technology solutions.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 Minimum
\n\tRelevant IT qualification
\n\tTraining Certifications (Ideal):
\n\tCompTIA A+
\n\tMicrosoft Administrator and System Architect role-based certifications advantageous
\n\tMicrosoft 365 Certified (Foundations).
\n\tMinimum 5 years IT related experience
\n\tRelated experience in the transport industry desired
\n\tEffective communications skills.
\n\tAnalytical and technical problem-solving skills.
\n\tProject management skills: plan or execute technical aspects of projects.
\n\tPlanning and time management skills.
\n\tAttention to detail and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.<\/p>\n
