\tMain purpose To maximize selling opportunities by providing consistently exceptional customer experience and ensuring profitability in leading the Beauty team to meet and or exceed targets.<\/p>\n
Job description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for stock management disciplines, stock losses and shrinkage at store level daily\u00a0
\n\tRecruit, develop, retain and lead a competent and motivated Beauty Team to deliver against the Beauty Budget
\n\tManage sales activities on a day-to day basis with agreed performance measures
\n\tManage the commission process in the Store \u2013 e.g. give input for budgets, communicate targets to Beauty Consultants, monitor performance against targets
\n\tMaximise promotional sales through effective planning and implementation of promotions and special events in conjunction with the Beauty Brand Houses
\n\tBuild effective relationships with the Area Representatives from the Brand Houses to ensure support for promotions and events
\n\tProvide input into the Stores Operating Plan
\n\tDelivery of good housekeeping principles\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements
\nKey competencies<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tDegree \/ Diploma or relevant qualification
\n\tMinimum of 2 years in team leadership role
\n\tMinimum of 2 years retail experience\u00a0
\n\tExperience in managing a team for a Beauty Counter \/ Beauty Department \/ Beauty Shop would be advantageous<\/p>\n
