Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Finance Administrator will be responsible for working with suppliers, receiving invoices, updating the Request Tracker system and then creating an EFT and PO form.
\n\tEnsure that the invoice is ready for payment as well as submitting it for payment. Other duties include completing the supplier reconciliations and requesting statements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilties<\/p>\n

\tSupport the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.<\/p>\n
Financial Management and Control<\/p>\n
\tTrack progress against budgets within established finance systems and report variances to more senior colleagues.<\/p>\n
Data Collection and Analysis<\/p>\n
\tProduce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard\u00a0sources and inputting it into standard formats.<\/p>\n
Organizational Risk Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport others by carrying out simple risk monitoring and assessment tasks.
\n\tSupport the implementation of financial systems process changes and enhancements ensure all changes are effectively implemented.<\/p>\n
Information and Business Advice<\/p>\n
\tResolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and\/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.<\/p>\n
Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tPrioritise own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.<\/p>\n
Budgeting<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and protocols.<\/p>\n

Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting.
\n\tProficiency in financial systems, data collection, and analysis.
\n\tExcellent organizational and planning abilities.
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills.
\n\tAbility to manage complexity, make sound decisions, and deliver results under pressure.
\n\tDemonstrated integrity, accountability, and team leadership skills.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tMatric – Essential\u00a0
\n\tBCom Accounting (advantageous).<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1 – 2 years of experience
\n\tExperience with Request Tracker System and Adobe Reader (advantageous)<\/p>\n
