Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the content strategy, execution, and performance of three dynamic brands across multiple international markets.
\n\tThis role requires a sharp eye for detail, creative agility, and exceptional organisational skills to manage content calendars, collaborate with influencers, and maintain brand consistency across platforms and regions.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Strategy & Planning<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement comprehensive, multi-brand social media strategies aligned with broader marketing goals
\n\tCreate and maintain long-term content calendars per brand, tailored to each country\u2019s cultural and consumer landscape
\n\tLead quarterly and monthly content planning with internal teams and external partners
\n\tStay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform planning<\/p>\n
Content Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee end-to-end content production (briefing, approvals, scheduling, publishing)
\n\tEnsure content is aligned to brand tone, design standards, and local market sensitivities
\n\tCollaborate closely with the creative, design, and copy teams to ensure consistent visual and messaging quality<\/p>\n
Influencer Marketing<\/p>\n
\tIdentify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across regions
\n\tDevelop influencer briefs and contracts, track deliverables, and monitor ROI
\n\tBuild and nurture relationships with micro and macro influencers relevant to each brand and market<\/p>\n
Performance Monitoring & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMonitor platform insights and campaign performance across all regions and brands
\n\tGenerate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
\n\tContinuously test, learn, and optimise content formats and strategies for engagement and reach<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years\u2019 experience in social media management, ideally across multiple brands and markets
\n\tProven track record of team management
\n\tProven track record of delivering high-performance content and influencer campaigns
\n\tExcellent understanding of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and their regional nuances
\n\tExceptional attention to detail \u2013 nothing slips through the cracks<\/p>\n
