Continence Care (CC) products and support new product launches.<br \/>\n\tDevelop consumer engagement programmes that drive loyalty, retention, and service uptake, while keeping users informed about our service\/product offering.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with key internal teams (Market Managers, Consumer Team, Clinical Services, Global Digital Marketing) to deliver aligned, effective campaigns.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with Global Marketing\u2019s Customer Acquisition team on Search Engine Marketing (SEM, CPPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)<br \/>\n\tChampion consumer insights and analysis to understand motivations, needs, and barriers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consumer experience is central to everything we do, from communication to product use.<br \/>\n\tLocalise, develop &amp; manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing Coloplast Consumer Ambassadors, ensuring they\u2019re engaged, and their stories are effectively integrated into our marketing.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal marketing teams to shape &amp; develop engaging content for social media, print, digital campaigns, and live\/online events<br \/>\n\tMonitor and report on competitor campaigns and ambassador activities to ensure Coloplast remains relevant and differentiated.<br \/>\n\tEvolve with the business needs to continuously challenge and optimise the consumer digital and online setup and priorities<br \/>\n\tShare best practices and insights with the wider marketing, global and internal teams to maximise effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Professional qualifications<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an operationally strong, digitally inclined marketer with a proven track record of\u00a0implementing local projects and working well within cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 3 years within a marketing environment (Relevant experience in Digital and Online is required)<br \/>\n\tDigitally fluent and confident using: Content Management Systems (e.g. EpiServer, Optimizely or similar);
