Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nINTERNAL PROCESS<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain sustainable relationships with all stakeholders to the benefit of the company and its external stakeholders
\n\tPreparing new business quotations within the allocated mandate,
\n\tManaging aged debtors with the brokers on instruction of the Underwriting Manager
\n\tProviding support to Underwriters on quotes which fall outside their mandates
\n\tProvide weekly report to Underwriting Manager and team with feedback from broker visits
\n\tFoster relationships between Underwriting team and broking market with facilitating periodic visits with underwriter
\n\tInvestigate stakeholders’ challenges with collaborative approach and identify ways the business could better address those needs
\n\tAssess level of client satisfaction with current products and services and report to Management
\n\tProvide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
\n\tResolve any escalate complaints in a prompt and professional manner to maintain good relationships and stakeholder satisfaction, with the guidance of management where required.
\n\tIdentify and report process and system failures and enhancements to improve stakeholder experience.<\/p>\n

\tContinuously deliver on turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery
\n\tDrive client service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards in order to ensure that clients receive appropriate advice and after sales service.
\n\tInteract with stakeholders to explain products and service offerings, address queries and strengthen their satisfaction with the business.
\n\tEnsure that queries are tracked, accurately resolved.
\n\tProvide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with clients and internal plus external stakeholders.
\n\tDeliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
\n\tMake recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
\n\tParticipate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service<\/p>\n
