Overall Purpose of the Job:<\/p>\n
\tThe incumbent will provide general management and guidance for the Commercial business in all verticals. The role encompasses responsibility for service delivery, Contract management with Service Level Agreements, relationship management on key clients and the rest of the Commercial customer base.<\/p>\n
The incumbent is specifically tasked to achieve:<\/p>\n
\tRevenue Targets
\n\tCost Management for the Services Business Unit
\n\tService Delivery KPI
\n\tService Level Agreement and Penalties
\n\tIn addition, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in sales and technical efficiency and effectiveness in managing the Commercial business. The execution of strategy is critical to this role.<\/p>\n
Main duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve targets as per Budget
\n\tRegional and National P&L Responsibility over Business Verticals
\n\tAchieve targeted growth
\n\tAchieving targeted OI contribution
\n\tImplementation of strategy
\n\tCritical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships
\n\tStaff, Training and Building of Strong Teams to support according to Service Level Agreements
\n\tMinimise cost on Travelling and related costs while maintaining Service Level Agreements
\n\tMatrix role-player \u2013 in conjunction with all role players
\n\tDrives efficiency and effectiveness by managing Commercial Services Team:
\n\tOf technical teams
\n\tTechnical Coordinators and administration
\n\tStock management
\n\tAsset Management where required
\n\tPlay an active role in escalated customer complaint resolution<\/p>\n
Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tUniversity (Degree) \u2013 minimum requirement.
\n\tTechnical Experience with Security Technology
\n\t5 years functional + 5 years managerial
\n\tSolid Operational and Team development skills
\n\tSolid Business development experience
\n\tResults oriented with demonstrated performance in keeping and delivering commitments.
\n\tStrong customer focus
\n\tEffective oral and written communicator
\n\tProven high level comprehension of business processes, business finance
\n\tStrong business and financial acumen through demonstrated knowledge and ability to display the linkage between inputs and desired business results.
\n\tObjective, open-minded and an \u201cout-of-the-box\u201d thinker. \u00a0<\/p>\n
