Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tTo coordinate the financial and administration function of the hospital in line with relevant standards and within corporate governance protocols in support of hospital operational objectives.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Finance\/Accounting\/Bookkeeping or Related
\n\t1-2 Years experience in similar
\n\tGood understanding of financial process
\n\tUnderstanding Hospital operations and finances<\/p>\n
Minimum work experience:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for daily banking uploads onto the system for all facilities.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve enquiries with invoicing.
\n\tEnsure the accurate maintenance of supplier invoices are processed and captured for payment timeously.
\n\tEnsure all monthly supplier invoices are processed and captured for payment, timeously.
\n\tImplement and monitor (related to assistant finance accountant duties) processes according to quality standards and relevant policies.
\n\tEnsure knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide stakeholders with relevant information to keep them informed.
\n\tOversee stationary and consumables stock control for the facility.
\n\tComply with cost controls in order to achieve section budget.
\n\tAdhere to specified policies, standards and procedures to prevent and reduce wastage of financial resources and escalate associated risks.
\n\tMonitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste.
\n\tLink between accounts payable and finance managers to ensure the timeous and accurate resolution on issues or payments made.<\/p>\n
