\tThe Handyman ensures a smooth and consistent resolution to maintenance issues logged during a shift and via verbal instructions.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility include:<\/p>\n
\tSecurity, Pools, Grounds, Hotel Rooms and any other area of the Hotel.
\n\tThe role will include general DIY and maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.<\/p>\n
Minimum\u00a0Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t1 \u2013 2 Year previous Handyman\/Maintenance experience
\n\tAdditional qualifications within the field advantageous (Salary Dependent)
\n\tHands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to run with multiple tasks\/jobs at once<\/p>\n
