As a Checker Energy CRF 2 you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Plant Operation<\/p>\n
\tOperate the plant to meet required production rates and quality standards.
\n\tInspect auxiliary equipment once per shift and report any defects or deviations.
\n\tIdentify abnormal or emergency conditions and take corrective action per BOP.
\n\tPerform isolations, housekeeping, and collect samples as required.<\/p>\n
SHEQ<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a safe work environment by identifying and managing risks.
\n\tReport all accidents, injuries, and fires immediately to relevant personnel.
\n\tEnsure compliance with safety procedures, BBS practices, and legal requirements.
\n\tConduct plant walkabouts, achieve BBS targets, and maintain 5S standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Communication & Administration<\/p>\n
\tComplete SAP PM notifications, work permits, and daily checklists accurately.
\n\tCapture and record plant data for efficiency calculations and deviations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Resource Utilisation<\/p>\n
\tAct as Outside Operator when required, coach\/train new staff, and follow PDP.
\n\tOptimise resources to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
What are we looking for?<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) with maths & Physics or N3 in Pulp and Paper.
\n\tAt least a minimum of 1 to 3 Years relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
