Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport day-to-day safety operations and compliance tasks.
\n\tAssist with site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
\n\tHelp maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training.
\n\tParticipate in the development and delivery of safety training materials.
\n\tConduct research on industry best practices and regulatory updates.
\n\tContribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety policies.<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tCompleted National Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or any related field.
\n\tMust not have participated in any SETA-funded internship previously.
\n\tSouth African citizen aged 18\u201335.
\n\tCurrently unemployed.
\n\tStrong communication skills and eagerness to learn
\n\tBasic understanding of OSHA or equivalent local safety regulations.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
