Key Perfromance Area<\/p>\n
\tManage data in spreadsheets and reports
\n\tEnsure leads are accurately allocated and distributed to maximise ROI and conversions
\n\tAllocations of agent funds daily and updating of reports
\n\tKeep records and reports up to date
\n\tOrganise and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders
\n\tHandle technical issues in area of expertise
\n\tCarry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
\n\tMaintaining knowledge of current laws affecting insurance policies and practices in order to ensure compliance with all regulations
\n\tOperational System administration
\n\tMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and procedures
\n\tFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
\n\tDemonstrate consistent application of internal procedures
\n\tPlan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands
\n\tDemonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change
\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs<\/p>\n

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or a related field
\n\tWorking knowledge of system software
\n\tMinimum 2 \u2013 3 years of experience in a Sales environment
\n\tProven experience as an administrator or similar role<\/p>\n
