Responsibilities (but not limited to the following):<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping a business plan for land assembly strategies and housing support services.
\n\tOversee the integration of all the existing monitoring and evaluation systems within the organization
\n\tManage, monitor and evaluate departmental programmes and align them with Companywide programme of action\/objectives
\n\tAssist in the provision of information and co-ordinate responses to SHRA, COJ and other relevant funders
\n\tEstablish early warning systems on reporting performance of the company
\n\tAssist in the provision of information and co-ordinate responses to SHRA, COJ and other relevant funders
\n\tAssist with the coordination of quarterly performance review in key outcome areas
\n\tFacilitate data verification and validation of information and evidence.
\n\tCollect, collate and report the organization performance on Service Level Agreement
\n\tUndertake data analysis and strategic analysis and develop strategic performance reviews
\n\tParticipate in monitoring and evaluation activities, including Service Delivery Monitoring
\n\tDesign and maintain appropriate information management system
\n\tAssist with the management and evaluations and policy research
\n\tSupport policy analysis to facilitate appropriate theories of change, setting of logistical arrangements for travelling, meetings, workshops and other stakeholder engagements.
\n\tPrepare and ensure distribution of quarterly review meetings and workshop documents.
\n\tAssist with capturing of data, collect and disseminate relevant organizational performance.<\/p>\n
Minimum job Requirements, interested applicants must be in possession of:<\/p>\n
\t2 to 3 years’ experience in Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
\n\tB-Tech \/ Degree in Public Administration or Social Sciences or related field.
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of government\/local government decision-making, planning, policies and priorities
\n\tKnowledge of relevant and applicable Legislations and National Treasury Frameworks.
\n\tKnowledge of document management, tracking and retrieving of information relevant and applicable
\n\tLegislations
\n\tGood communication and writing skills
\n\tKnowledge of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics<\/p>\n
