Main Purpose of Job:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Partner in delivery and management of external sustainability assurance and reporting engagements to \/ at client premises in accordance with the firm\u2019s methodologies and practices through building client relationships and effective team management.
\n\tSupport the business area leadership in the execution of the sustainability assurance and reporting strategy through identification of leads, preparation and presentation of proposals and other related business development matters.<\/p>\n

\tClient liaison and relationship management
\n\tLeads and executes engagement\/ project delivery from planning through to completion
\n\tTeam Management
\n\tProject Management
\n\tReview of work performed
\n\tProvides on the job training
\n\tReport writing
\n\tResponds with urgency and accountability to client and team requests
\n\tCommunicates regularly with partner on status of allocated deliverables
\n\tCompiles and takes part in client presentations
\n\tPrepares ESG reporting and assurance proposals
\n\tBusiness development \u2013 identifies leads\/opportunities and assists in execution of conversion
\n\tIdentification and preparation of through leadership pieces
\n\tPlanning of team members
\n\tCoaching team members
\n\tProject finance \u2013 management of WIP, invoicing and cash collections<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nMinimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in commerce (accounting\/ finance\/economics- CA\/IA), chemical engineering, social sciences, sciences, geography, geology (or similar)<\/p>\n
Desired Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tPostgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area)
\n\tCourses\/ Electives covering technical knowledge and elements of sustainability and related reporting frameworks.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t1+ years project management experience
\n\tMinimum of 6 years work experience
\n\tIf CA\/IA qualified minimum 2 years post articles experience within sustainability assurance & advisory
\n\tIf Chem engineer\/Environ Science\/ Social Science qualification – minimum of 4 years experience in Sustainability assurance\/ reporting<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProject management skills
\n\tProficient in MS Office suite \u2013 specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
\n\tAble to understand and articulate ESG and sustainability and how integrate into broader business, operations and decision making
\n\tFamiliarity and experience with ESG reporting frameworks
\n\tExperience in conducting ESG assurance engagement
\n\tStrong attention to details and accuracy
\n\tProficient verbal and written skills
\n\tTechnical knowledge in specific areas of ESG and sustainability<\/p>\n
