\tAs a Senior Manager in our technology team you\u2019ll be responsible for providing thought leadership at a local and regional level about full-stack development, emerging technologies and languages. You\u2019ll also help us develop capabilities, clients, and domain skills as well as taking an active role in business development, project supervision and day-to-day team management.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Your Impact:<\/p>\n
\tDesign and build complex technology solutions using best in class libraries and frameworks and design principles
\n\tWork closely with clients to establish technology solutions at business and technical levels
\n\tLead design, estimation, planning, and implementation of business solutions
\n\tDesign and build solution frameworks following best practices
\n\tInteract with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions delivering to business needs.
\n\tConsult clients\u2019 senior technical leaders on best practice point of view.
\n\tBe self-motivated and able to thrive in an Agile environment
\n\tMaintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies; drive knowledge sharing and lessons learnt sessions from knowledge and experience
\n\tAssist in business development activities including providing technical input and strategy into client proposals and RFP\u2019s Experience Required:
\n\tExperience in systems architecture, integration, package implementation, and\/or interactive design
\n\tExperience of working on large scale, complex, and distributed applications in an Agile environment
\n\tProficient across the stack \u2013 ability to develop modern front-ends along with coding secure and extensible back-end services
\n\tExperience in systems integration, package implementation, and\/or interactive design.
\n\tGood level of understanding of software design principles like Microservices, Domain-driven design, SOLID, DRY, SoC, etc
\n\tExcellent understanding of Core Java and large scale distributed systems
\n\tTDD<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Your Skills & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience of developing server-side services with Java and ideally one or more of Node.js or similar backend languages (C#\/.NET omitted)
\n\tDesigning and creating REST APIs
\n\tExperience of integration technologies like SOAP
\n\tStrong understanding and experience of relational and NoSQL database design and implementation
\n\tExperience building on container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes Front-end skills
\n\tExperience of using at least one of these JavaScript frameworks to create modern front-ends – React.js, Angular or Vue
\n\tHTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6) or TypeScript
\n\tWebpack or Gulp
\n\tA client-side Unit Testing framework e.g., Mocha or Jest Other technical skills
\n\tAPI Management and Documentation (Swagger.io, I\/O Docs)
\n\tExperience with high scale, highly transactional, high performance, highly available systems and robust applications
\n\tKnowledge of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration including DevOps pipeline to build and deliver high quality, scalable and secure solutions
\n\tImplementations on and migration to Cloud services on at least one of the hyperscale Cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS
\n\tStrong understanding and experience of quality engineering techniques including test-driven development (TDD), Behaviour-driven development (BDD), integration testing and performance testing.<\/p>\n

\n\tBachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science or related field
\n\tExperience of working on large scale, complex, and distributed applications in an Agile environment
\n\tExperience in a consulting or client-facing role
\n\tStrategy development and planning skills for addressing emerging technologies
\n\tClient management skills to represent the domain to clients and stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with vendors
\n\tA Business development mind-set to help drive account development to create new business opportunities and help our sales teams by providing domain knowledge and technology content in RFP\u2019s<\/p>\n
