Description<\/p>\n
\tConduct psychometric assessments for selection, development and team effectiveness purposes, including candidate booking, assessment administration, scoring, assessment interpretation and feedback in accordance with the legislation, HPCSA guidelines, best practices and company policies.
\n\tSelect assessment batteries based on job requirements ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, best practices and regulations set out by the HPCSA.
\n\tCompile integrated reports that detail the results of the assessments and recommendations as and when required.
\n\tProvide feedback to management on the assessment results and recommendations.
\n\tProvide assessment feedback to candidates outlining their results and opportunities for development on request.
\n\tDesign role-specific exercises (role plays, case studies etc.) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
\n\tCollaborate with management to roll out OD interventions.
\n\tIdentify, design, and deliver interventions as and when required to address organisational needs.
\n\tCreate and update job descriptions for all roles in the business in collaboration with management and subject matter experts.
\n\tProvide expert advice and guide management in identifying essential competencies for roles and create success profiles where required.
\n\tAssist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to interventions.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, staff, management and service providers.
\n\tAddress assessment and OD-related queries from candidates, staff, management and service providers.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\tHonours degree in Psychology (Essential);
\n\tRegistered Psychometrist\/Psychologist with the HPCSA (Essential);
\n\t5+ years\u2019 relevant experience in a mid-sized organization (Essential);
\n\tAviation industry experience (Advantageous);<\/p>\n
Certified to administer and interpret the following assessments:<\/p>\n
\tWRISC (JvR) (Essential);
\n\tTop Talent Solutions (TTS) suite (Advantageous);
\n\tCPP (Advantageous);
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of organizational design and assessment practices;
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, Codes of Good Practices);
\n\tProficient in the use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint);
\n\tStrong communication skills (verbal and written);
\n\tPlanning and organising skills;
\n\tHigh-detail orientation;
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills;
\n\tFacilitation skills;
\n\tGood decision-making and problem-solving skills;
\n\tResearch and benchmarking skills.<\/p>\n
