Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTake part in PITCHES in various ways.
\n\tAssist in maximizing client\u2019s sales through formulating distinctive service experience roadmaps to be implemented in their dealers, customers\u2019 experience with the brand – across all touch points: Online Store, Dealers, Activations etc. workshops & showrooms including their Customer Service department.
\n\tAssist in developing strategies that elevate customers\u2019 experience with the client’s brand – across all touch points: Online Store, Dealers, Activations etc.
\n\tBe the point of contact with client by continuously advising on strategies and any digital transformation tools\/ideas that will improve the brand and CX
\n\tSupport building comms frameworks and channel plans [where necessary], to bring great ideas to fruition i.e. deliver marketing communication strategies that will have cut-through.
\n\tCreate the formulation of [digitized] customer journey mapping projects while coordinating team members i.e. data, social and brand strategists.
\n\tCoordinate ecosystems that get all the pieces to work together logically [transform the complex into the simple to use]
\n\tCoordinate CX across all internal and external departments
\n\tTechnology affinity such as AI, AR, is essential in improving client\u2019s CX approaches
\n\tDeliver on the integration of physical and digital experiences aiming to increase personalization, innovation, customer engagement.
\n\tSupport in leading physical & digital research projects such as A\/B or Multivariate testing, data analytics and immersions etc
\n\tWrite\/deliver briefs that are precise, provocative and built to deliver on ROI – in a measurable way
\n\tDeliver presentations that inspire all teams and client, especially the implementation side of the work I.e. creatives, production, media etc.
\n\tChampion even the smallest of briefs, while enabling each team member to play a meaningful role – understand the role they play in delivering the overall brand experience<\/p>\n
Role Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate must have above 3 years\u2019 experience working in a similar role.
\n\tA Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.<\/p>\n
