You Bring:<\/p>\n
\t1-year Contact Centre Experience.<\/p>\n
A Bonus to have:<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/Diploma in related field.
\n\tExperience in finance\/related field.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll do for the Brand:<\/p>\n
\tAllocate deposits to customer accounts accurately using the designated platform.
\n\tUnaccounted transactions are attended to daily.
\n\tProcess withdrawal requests from branches ensuring that the prescribed withdrawals checklist is adhered to.
\n\tEffective resolution of customer queries across various platforms. Perform prescribed security checks for effective query resolution.
\n\tResolve customer queries timeously.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
\n\tDisplays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers and other internal team members\/ departments\/ branches as well as ensuring that the optimal turnaround time for account queries is maintained.
\n\tQuality Assurance targets to be achieved and interventions to be implemented to increase quality
\n\twhere there are shortfalls.
\n\tAttend to ad-hoc functions as required due to operational requirements.<\/p>\n
